Covering printer and software support services, IDAssist Standard goes much further than a manufacturer warranty. Our team of experts will be on hand from the moment you receive your solution, with bespoke installation available and template set up on your software. You'll also be able to access premium support via telephone and email should you need it, and we will remotely access your device if required.

Printer support

If you run into any technical hiccups, the IDAssist experts will be available between the hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Either call or email us and we'll get back to you with a same-day response to get to the bottom of your issues. If your printer cannot be repaired remotely, we'll offer you a loan unit (UK only) whilst yours is returned to us for off-site inspection or repairs.

Software support
