IDAssist Standard Support Plan

IDAssist has been carefully designed to ensure a swift resolution to any technical issues that may arise with your direct-to-card printers, enabling you to resume printing without delay. We provide technical assistance through phone, email, or web chat, allowing you to choose a method of communication that suits you best.

The advantages of our support plans include:

•  Eliminate concerns about running out of consumables; purchase from us and receive FREE delivery.
•  Prompt same-day responses from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
•  Unlimited access to phone, email, and remote desktop assistance.
•  Complimentary printer and software installation, training, as well as follow-up calls.
•  Provision of a loan printer should your own device be diagnosed as faulty or require off-site servicing (no claims within 30 days of plan activation)
•  Printer Hardware (In Warranty) Coverage


•  Remote setup, installation, and training.
•  Full telephone and online support access.
•  Immediate firmware updates for your printer.
•  Coverage for any mechanical breakdown of printers acquired through PriceSignPrinters (including the original PSU and USB cable provided with the printer).
•  Assistance with connection issues or device errors.
•  Please note that your printer must still be under the manufacturer's warranty or an extended warranty to qualify for coverage under this support plan.


•  Accidental damage.
•  Extensive or irreparable damage resulting from misuse or negligence.
•  Actions that void the warranty.
•  Physical printhead damage.
•  Incorrect product usage.
•  Use of non-genuine consumables, such as ribbons, power cables, and accessories.
•  Hardware upgrades involving parts not obtained from PriceSignPrinters.
•  Cable damage.
•  Permission for device installation and connection to a PC or laptop.
•  Software Coverage

Our support plans encompass installations and configurations for any software acquired through PriceSignPrinters, addressing issues, errors, and providing guidance on software use.

The following points are not covered, but we can offer guidance where possible:

•  Incorrect data from the data source.
•  Incorrectly formatted or low-quality data.
•  Excel-related issues.
•  Data source configuration.
•  Data source connection.
•  Permissions.
•  Operating system problems and updates.
•  Access to network resources.
•  Changes to the data source.
•  Relocation of data files.
•  Issues arising from data or configuration file loss.
•  Data backups (you are responsible for your own data backups and restoration).
